Commercial
Commercial pool renovation and repair in Houston
HOAs, apartment complexes, hotels, schools and health clubs: renovation, repair and accessibility upgrades.
Chapter 01
What fails on heavy-use pools
A pool at an HOA, an apartment complex, a hotel, a school or a health club takes more bathers, more chemicals and more sun than any backyard pool. Plaster etches and roughens, tile and coping crack as the deck heats and cools, expansion joints open, and the pump and motor run long hours without a rest.
Every one of those problems also lands on someone with a front desk, a lease office or a membership list. A cracked deck edge is a trip hazard, a rough surface drives complaints, and a pool that has to close for an emergency repair costs the property more than the repair does.

What the work covers
On the renovation side: resurfacing built for heavy use, tile and coping replacement, waterline tile, deck resurfacing or expansion, expansion joint replacement, and structural shell repair where the shell itself has cracked or moved. We also handle accessibility upgrades so more swimmers can use the pool, lighting and automation upgrades, and custom water features or a full reconfiguration when the property wants a different pool.
Commercial repair is part of the same crew. That means leak detection and repair, pump, motor and filtration repairs, heater and chiller troubleshooting, electrical repairs, tile and grout fixes, skimmer, drain and return line work, crack repair and shell reinforcement, and emergency repairs when a pool cannot wait for the next scheduled visit.
Chapter 03
Keeping a shared pool open
A commercial job gets planned around how the facility is used: when it can close, how long a new surface needs before water goes back in, and which repairs can wait for that window. Boards, property managers and facility directors get a clear scope in writing before work starts, so nobody finds out about a change on the pool deck.
We work across Houston and about 50 miles around it, including The Woodlands, Katy and Galveston. Call (281) 789-4584 or email info@suttonpools.com with the pool, the problem and the deadline, and we will quote it for free with no obligation.
