Pool repair in Houston, solved the first time
Honest, transparent service and straight answers. Your pool problem solved the first time.
Chapter 01
Where Houston pools break
Houston builds pools on clay, and clay moves. It swells in a wet spring and shrinks in a dry August, and a pool shell, a deck and a run of buried plumbing all feel that movement differently. The result shows up as a hairline crack in the plaster, a deck slab that has dropped away from the coping, a skimmer that has pulled loose from its throat, or a pool that needs the hose more often than it should.
Heat does the rest. A pump runs for hours every day through a long summer, so bearings, shaft seals and capacitors wear out on a schedule. Heater burners and salt cells scale up. Stone and travertine edges lose their sealer and start to take on water and stains. None of it is rare. It is the ordinary wear of a pool in this climate, which is exactly why the diagnosis matters more than the part.
The expensive mistake is fixing the wrong thing: a new pump on a pool that is really losing water underground, or a patch on a crack that is only the visible end of a settling deck. Honest, transparent service starts with finding what is actually failing before anyone replaces anything.

Start with what the pool is doing
Tell us the symptom in plain words: a pump or motor issue, a leak, a heater that will not fire, water that will not clear, equipment making a noise, several things at once, or simply that something is off and you need a diagnosis. That list is the same one on our repair form, because those are the seven ways a Houston pool usually announces a problem. Call (281) 789-4584 or send the details through the contact page, and we reply with straight answers.
The work behind those symptoms covers a lot of ground. Leak detection and repair. Equipment repairs on pumps, motors, filters and controllers. Crack repair. Skimmer replacement. Deck and pool leveling. Stone sealing. Heater repair, saltwater system repair, drain and clean, and emergency repair when water is leaving fast. One crew handles all of it, so a problem that crosses categories does not get passed between trades.
On site, we diagnose first and explain what we found, why it likely happened and what the realistic options are before any work begins. Sometimes the right answer is a cheap fix. Sometimes it is a replacement. Either way you hear it plainly, and you decide.
Chapter 03
What a small problem turns into
A slow leak left alone washes soil out from under the shell and the deck, and a deck that has started to settle is a bigger job than a leak ever was. A pump that groans for a month usually ends as a seized motor. A filter that is not doing its work shows up as green water, and green water brings its own chemical bill. Fixing early is almost always the cheaper road.
Know the signs that it is time to call again: the auto-fill running more than it used to, wet ground near the equipment pad, a new vibration or whine from the pump, a heater that cycles on and off, a pressure gauge creeping up between cleanings, or tile and coping that has started to rock. Write down the date you first noticed it. It helps the diagnosis.
If the pool is losing water fast, an overflow is flooding the yard, or you see an electrical fault near the water, switch off the breaker for the equipment and call right away. We cover Houston and about 50 miles around it, including The Woodlands, Katy and Galveston.
